Traditional Raro Tarati salad

Raro Tarati Salad (with or without corned beef)
Cucumber
Tomato
Lettuce
Onion
Garlic
Spring onion (scallion)
Radish
Capsicum (sweet pepper)
Coconut cream
Can corned beef

Clean and slice salad vegetables into serving bowl. Toss greens. Distribute corned beef in the salad and pour coconut cream over. Place in chiller till ready to use. Serve with rice or any of the root vegetables.

Substitute the corned beef for cooked chunky pieces of tuna, crabmeat, lobster, prawns, ham, pork etc.
