FAARII, Sally Hewett. Beloved mother, grandmother, wife of the late Peter Faarii, passed away this Monday January 16 in Melbourne, Australia. She is survived by their children Tinifi, Eduine, Mrs Romina Tuariki, Ms Trina Lockington, grandchildren and in-laws. Tuesday to Thursday has been set aside for church or group visits at 67 Sydney Parkinson Avenue, Endeavour Hills between 5.30 and 7.30pm. TENGARU, Annemarie Tuainekore. The Tengaru and Tau-Eitiare families are saddened to inform of the passing of our beautiful daughter, mokopuna, aunty, niece, cousin and mother and partner Annemarie Tuainekore Tengaru. She died suddenly in the early morning January 15 2017 at her home in Dannevirke, New Zealand. Further details will follow from the family. She will be sadly missed.

MARSTERS, Tere Aaron. In Auckland, New Zealand, April 20 1937 to January 11 2017, aged 79. Husband of Irene and the late Poko. Son of papa Aaron and mama Kata Marsters. Father of Early, Vaine, Sunny, Mata, Ua, Tungane, Lindsay and Caroline. A much loved brother, grandfather and great-grandfather. Loved by all and fun to be with. The complete service for Tere will be held at the Royal Oak Seventh Day Adventist Church, 48 Mt Smart Road, Royal Oak on Monday January 16 2017. A viewing will begin at 8am, followed by a family service at 9 am and the funeral service at 11.15 am followed by interment at Mangere Lawn Cemetery.

TAVAI, Louisa. Née Rani. Sunrise November 5 1934, sunset January 8 2017 in Auckland, New Zealand. Wife of Papa Mata Engu Tavai. Family service at the Otara SDA Church on 86 Baird Road Otara on Sunday January 15 2017 at 6pm. Funeral service on Monday January 16 2017 at the same venue at 1pm followed by burial at the Manukau Memorial Cemetery. Mama Tavai was the fifth child of 12 of her parents the late Vaevae Rani of Mangaia and the late Apii Louisa Samuel of Matavera, Rarotonga. She will be greatly missed by all her six children, 14 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

LOCKINGTON, Charlie. The children of Papa Charlie Lockington sadly announce the passing of their dear father, grandfather and great-grandfather in Rarotonga Hospital on January 3 2017 aged 82. A service will be held at his daughter's (Temata Lockington Apera) place in Inave, Aorangi on Saturday January 7 2017 at 10am followed by a burial at the above address.

ROI, Taamo Charlie. Our hearts are aching at the passing of our beloved papa Taamo Charlie Roi on Aitutaki this morning January 3 2017. All funeral arrangements will be held on Aitutaki today. He was a head deacon of the Arutanga SDA church for many years and has been a faithful servant of God. He is the husband of the late Vainehura and is survived by his eight children, many grandchildren, great-grands and great-great-grandchildren.

RUTHERFORD, Upokoina O Purutu Vaine Bridgart. Daughter of Moetuma Tararo and Tavita Tetava passed away in the Mossman Hospital North Queensland, Australia, on December 18 2016. Always remembered and much loved by her husband Alastair and children Reece, Sonia, John, Tairiau, Justina, Allan and Ian. We also remember Upokoina's first husband John Bridgart who passed away at sea on June 4 1975. RIP Upokoina.

ATAERA, Mary Allison. A dear wife, mother and sister Mrs Mary Allison Ataera in Auckland, New Zealand. Sunrise April 7 1963. Sunset December 27 2016. Loved wfe of Teinakore Ataera. She is survived by her three children and mokopunas. Mary's body will be home at 14 Justamere Place, Weymouth, Manurewa today, Wednesday morning December 28 and will lie till her funeral service on Friday December 30 at 10am at her residence until 12.30pm before for cremation at Manukau. Visiting is openly invited to friends and families who wish to pay their last respects to Mary. PIRANGI, Ngatamaine. Née Wichman. Born May 23 1958 passed away peacefully December 24 2016 in Auckland, New Zealand. Daughter of Louisa Teiri. Wife of the late Raymond Anapa Pirangi. Mother of Shane Pirangi and Raymond Pirangi. Grandmother of all her grandchildren. The family would like to invite all those who knew and were close to Maine to join them as they celebrate the life of our beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, mama, sister, aunty and friend. Family service Friday December 30 at 6pm at 1/5 Te Motu Way Mangere, followed by 'light' refreshments. Maine's body will be returning home to her final resting place in Rarotonga on Monday January 2 2017.

The Tavai, Jones, Teroi family regret to announce the sudden passing away of our beloved sister, Mom, Aunty, cousin and friend Tangimama Tavai in Melbourne, Australia on the December 19 2016. She left behind her loving partner, eight beautiful children, her siblings, parents and many family and friends. Tangimama's body will be brought home on Wednesday December 28 2016 from 3-4pm at 9 Denton Ave, St Albans and will be left overnight and picked up Thursday December 29 at 9am (closing of casket).
