Our beloved wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and aunty passed away on Thursday April 17 at 4:40pm, in Middlemore Hospital, Auckland, New Zealand. Family service Friday April 25 2014 at 3pm, P.I.C Church, Ferguson Road, Otara. Funeral service Saturday April 26 2014 at 3pm, P.I.C Church, Ferguson Road, Otara. KIRIKAVA, Teremoana Takave (Mama Tere). 7.8.1936- 13.4.2014 Mama passed away peacefully at home in Tokoroa, New Zealand, surrounded by her family. As she continues her journey to reunite with Dad, Ota, Annie and Jantzy Boy in Paradise. Much loved wife of the late Kirikava Kirikava, cherished mother and mother-in-law of Mau and John, Turi and Sandra, Joan and Maki, Maro, Tere and Bryan, the late Ota (Crash), the late Annie, Lizzee (No 1 babysitter) and Jessica and Jahmon. A mother figure to many loved ones. A special Mama, Nan, Great Grandma to all her loved mokopuna. Adored daughter, sister, sister-in-law, cousin and friend. Family services at St Luke's PIPC Church, Kelso Street, Tokoroa on Tuesday April 15 2014 at 6pm. RAVEORA, Ruaiti. July 24 1972-April 5 2014. Passed away peacefully at home, Auckland, New Zealand, surrounded by family and friends. Much loved husband of Ake (née Raea) and loving father of Paul Teariki Taurakira, Sjharna and Atamua Ruaiti Raveora Jnr. Son of Helen Kirimoke and the late Atamua Raveora and son-in-law of Mama Tongi. Rua's body will lie at 12 Plunket Avenue, Papatoetoe, the evening of Monday April 7. Family service St John's the Evangelist Church, 14a Otara Road, Otara on Tuesday April 8 at 7pm. Funeral service Wednesday April 9 at 11am at St John's. APERA, Tommie Samaris. Dearly beloved husband, father, Papa, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend Tommie Samaris Apera April 6 2014 evening in Wellington Hospital, Wellington, New Zealand. His body will lie at Te Mangungu Marae in Naenae. Family service Thursday April 10 at 6pm and funeral service Friday April 11 at 11am at the marae. NUMA, Ngametua. Aka Cowell. With deep and heavy hearts we regret to announce the passing away of our much loved son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, grandson Ngametua Numa aka Cowell. He was born on October 28 1970 and departed our world in Auckland, New Zealand to be in the arms of our Heavenly Father on March 23 2014. He was a much loved son of the late Mr Putua Putua Numa and a very much loved grandson of the late Mr PunaAriki Teina Tangatakere and the late Mrs Mata Teina Tangatakere née Akavi. He was also a loved grandson of Mama Ngametua Numanga-Tapena and Mr Numa Putua Kainuku. Also a loved brother to his brothers Teinakore, Putua, Christian, sisters Tauraki and Tetuanui and his in-laws, nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles, cousins. Family service Friday March 28 2014 at 7pm to be held at Haven Falls Funeral Home, 3 View Rd, Henderson. Funeral service Saturday March 29 2014 at 11am at same venue as family service. MAOATE, Martha. Née Barber. Passed away March 22 2014 in Mangamuka, New Zealand. Loved wife of the late Teariki (from Titikaveka). Loved mother and mother-in-law of Lorraine and Rudy, John and Liz, Lucy and Craig, and Martha. Loved grandmother of her many mokos. Daughter of William (Sibley) and Eva Barber (both deceased) Loved sister of Ged (deceased), Julie, Edith, Anna (deceased), Jim, Woki, Jack, Ned (deceased), Terry, Maudie, Pona, and Maria (deceased). Her service will be held at Mangamuka Marae at 11am on Wednesday 26th March 26 followed by interment at Mangamuka Urupa. All communications to 021-127-1543.
